Shipping Rates
All International orders should be shipped By UPS.
Trucking: To truck-ship to you, the order must be over 200lbs. With all truck comanies listed below we have a 60% to 65% discount off published rates. We pass this huge savings on to you! Shipping may be done with Pallets and/or Barrels. Lift gates may be ordered for delivery, but the request for them MUST be added before the shipment leaves our docks and there are fees for lift gates.

What do I do if I receive damaged items in my order?
If you have damage in a shipment and it is shipped UPS (or other shipper), you must call UPS (or other shipper) and have them come and inspect the damaged items and all packing, DO NOT THROW THE PACKAGING AWAY, they must see everything. We cannot file a damage claim if you do not do this.
UPS: 1-800-CALL-UPS.
US Postal Service: You must go to the Post Office that the package was delivered from and fill out a damage claim form.
Truck Shipments You must note on the bill of lading that there is damage or missing items before you sign off on receiving the shipment with the truck driver.
Once you have done any of the above, THEN contact us and then we can begin the process of filing a claim and getting your items replaced or a credit to your account.
THIS MUST BE DONE AS NONE OF THE SHIPPING COMPANIES WILL JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT, THIS IS NOT OUR POLICY IT IS THEIRS. If you do not do this then we can not replace or credit your account for damage or loss.
Return Policy
All claims must be within 7 days of receipt. We do not refund any money. Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging, assorted exactly as you received it. You may not return items that have been displayed, marked in any way or have been offered for sale. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping cost are customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
